Code of Conduct.

Kalm Wellness Services’ online community is available to our clients who have committed to making self-care a priority in their current journey to wellness. We have established this Code of Conduct to help all of the members of the community we have created feel safe and welkalm in an environment set to drive us towards being the best versions of ourselves.

As a reminder to stay respectful and to compassionately communicate, even when our backgrounds or identities differ. We are here to learn from, share with and help one another. ANY behavior that does not support this mission will NOT be tolerated. You are encouraged to NOT share your personal contact information with anyone you do not know. Only the information YOU make public will be share as all of our client information is private and will not be shared in accordance with state laws.

Community guidelines that ensure the Kalm community continues to be an excellent space in which to communicate, collaborate, and contribute: Be considerate, patient, respectful, and nice; communicate effectively, and ask for help when you're unsure.

There are specific types of behavior that are not tolerated in Kalm Wellness Services’ events and online spaces. Inappropriate behavior includes: Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following; harassing photography or recording at events; sustained disruption of online discussion, talks, or other events; harassment of people for any reason; sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist language or otherwise exclusionary language; unwelcome sexual attention or behavior that contributes to a sexualized environment; unwelcome physical contact; violence or threats of violence; bringing a weapon to an Kalm Wellness Services event; or influencing or encouraging inappropriate behavior.

The consequence for any of this behavior will result in immediate removal from all social forums, discontinuation of services and where necessary, the authorities will be notified, and all request transcripts will be provided as authorized by the state and federal laws.
